Was really hungry yesterday so I bought a cookie at my school’s library café, oatmeal raisin, was surprisingly good! So today I was surfing the net hoping to get some recipes to try for myself. Chanced upon this website and found a clever no bake cookies recipe for No Bake Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookie Bars.
I think the idea of “no bake” is great. You don’t have to wait for the cookie to bake, and if you don’t have an oven, you still can make cookies! A great treat for your loved ones or just a treat for yourself.
