Sawadeka!

Hello everyone,
Sorry for the lack of updating!
but one half of The Cheese Shack is to busy enjoying sunny phuket!!!
Yes i am soaking up the sun (escaping from project work teehee!) and leaving my poor business partner alone in the kitchen!

 

It has been great here so far, not so much about the weather but more so about the shopping (oh the shopping!) and the eating (oh the food!!) the combo is both making my wallet thinner and my waist line bigger!! But i'll worry about that when i'm back!

So while i was swimming - all great ideas occur to me when im surrounded by water for some weird reason - and i thought we should make some crazy Thai flavours! Like Tom Yam Cheesecake! Or Sticky Rice Cheesecake! YUM!!!

 

What do you all think!? Any more ideas? ;)

I think we should have a better introduction of ourselves, other then us loving cheese, i mean, who doesnt right?!? So, we are two spastic girls at a poly in singapore, studying Marketing, one's a mean baker in the kitchen, the other is the right hand woman!

(Yes that would be us!)

So we'll try our best to bake you guys some wonderful cheesecake for your any occassion / craving regardless of our shedule, just for you ^^v
